Our family was brittle back in 2016. Our immune system’s purpose wasn’t given. We were killing our very own body. We felt sick at least two times a month, if not, once every week. There were a lot of variables for us to consider, but the most important one was what we ate. We ate sugary things all the time. We ate fruits and meat together with no hesitation. We drank milk like it was the same as water, but with a better taste. We ate cheese on top of everything, pizza, salad, whatever! But these combinations were killing us right under our noses, without us noticing. Finally, after a few books have been read and studies had been flipped through, we saw our silent killers red handed, literally. We had learned that different types of food take different times to process, so meat and fruits couldn’t be eaten together. We also learned that there was the manipulator back behind the scenes, making us love food we didn’t like and turned us into little babies. The manipulators name: Gluten. So we never bought bread again. We realized we were taking the mothers milk from her baby calf and drinking it, rather than feeding the calf. We found so much information that we didn’t know, like that eating animals and eating things, which aren’t even good for the body in general, that we changed how we lived. We started Living for Life. We now eat now such delicious and colorful fruits and veggies, which brings our life full of color! We are happier than ever and we feel energized after each meal. Not to brag, but we also think our looks are a lot better. We aren’t these huge bowling bowls rolling on the sidewalks, but rather tall and slender people (walking) with great amounts of kindness and ready to tackle on the day. We had noticed that a lot of people want to become healthy like we are, and so, we started the YouTube channel: Living For Life. From the day our YouTube channel first launched, we had helped so many people who needed and wanted to be healthy, and live a few more years longer. But we were asked one question a million times: “Do you have a cookbook?”. So we started working hard on the project and we are also proud to say, the cookbook is finished! With all these tools, we hope we can help you feel great after dinner, and get rid of all those sick days you’re wasting your time with. In a nutshell, we want to make you be able to Live(-ing) for Life.
